Change comes about in many forms. Component supply and demand fluctuates, with prices and delivery times changing between batches. Customers make changes to their specification mid-production, which require immediate action. Product life-cycles are often shorter, so last year's runners may be obsolete this year.

We keep our finger on the pulse of change. Our stock control software informs us of all lead-time issues with links to global stock availability. The Quality Management System maintains all engineering changes across multiple documents and departments. To provide maximum flexibility our production facility can be organised into cells, where materials and skills are localised to allow continuous manufacturing. Alternatively we can batch build efficiently, where all information relating to the assembly of a product can be stored and retrieved from batch to batch.

Our size permits excellent communication between sales, purchasing and production. One of the important benefits of this is in how, as a company, we take an interest in your individual requirements, the way we address technical issues and how well we communicate with you.
